About Us
Arohan Trust is a non-profit charitable organization established on 2 July 2010 in Boko, Kamrup District, Assam. The organization works for the welfare of vulnerable and marginalized communities, especially in rural and remote areas. Its major focus areas include health, education, women empowerment, livelihood development, disaster preparedness, environmental protection, and community awareness. Arohan Trust has been actively organizing free health camps, cancer awareness and screening programs, maternal and child health awareness activities, menstrual hygiene campaigns, livelihood training for women and youth, and emergency relief support during natural disasters. The organization also works closely with local communities, self-help groups, volunteers, and government departments to improve access to basic services and promote sustainable development.
