SANJOG is a registered non-profit organization established in 2014 and based in Assam, committed to enabling sustainable livelihoods and resilient communities through inclusive development. The organization works with women, youth, smallholder farmers, artisans, and vulnerable households by strengthening local enterprise ecosystems and promoting climate-resilient livelihoods. SANJOG’s core areas of work include skill development, women entrepreneurship, sustainable agriculture, decentralized renewable energy (DRE), micro-enterprise promotion, financial inclusion, disaster risk reduction, and community institution strengthening. Through partnerships with government departments, CSR foundations, financial institutions, technical agencies, and community-based organizations, SANJOG provides capacity building, market linkages, technology adoption, access to finance, and enterprise incubation support. The organization has implemented projects across livelihood promotion, renewable energy, disaster response and recovery, and entrepreneurship development, with a strong focus on creating sustainable income opportunities while fostering social inclusion and environmental sustainability.
