About Us
| Ashadul Akand is a Civil Engineer by qualification with extensive experience in rural development, infrastructure, and community empowerment. He began his professional career with Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA), where he supported the implementation of Diversion-Based Irrigation (DBI) projects. During his tenure, he also promoted Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and worked closely with women farmers to strengthen sustainable livelihoods through agriculture and income-generating activities.
He further expanded his professional experience by serving as a Project Manager for construction projects with Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and NTPC, where he managed project implementation, coordination, and quality assurance for infrastructure works. |
